Principal Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake's AI Data Cloud technology and strategic vision to C-level executives
• Architect sophisticated data and AI solutions while communicating business impact and ROI
• Serve as the primary technical advocate within Snowflake, partnering with product managers to influence roadmaps
• Identify opportunities where Snowflake's platform can accelerate customer innovation
• Lead executive briefings, strategic architecture sessions, and board presentations
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve products based on customer feedback

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with significant C-level executive exposure
• Proven success in the financial services industry
• Experience with modern data technology (dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps, orchestration, Git)
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, AI/ML technologies (LLMs, machine learning pipelines, MLOps), and data warehousing
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
• Proven experience influencing product roadmaps through internal advocacy
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Data Science or Business Administration
• Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions focused on data and AI strategy
