Principal Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concepts
• Lead technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise on best practices
• Support Sales Teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design
• Coordinate with R&D and partner integration teams to influence product direction
• Drive Sales and Marketing efforts through high-quality sales proposals and assets
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within Salesforce.com

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business field
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Management Consulting, or similar
• Understanding of GRC, TPRM, and Ethics
• Proven track record in customer discovery, product demonstrations, and proof projects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership and executives
