Principal Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and drive strategic deals within the Enterprise segment
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of EPM solutions, showcasing AI capabilities like predictive analytics and machine learning
• Leverage deep industry expertise and EPM best practices to articulate business benefits to diverse audiences
• Understand enterprise IT landscapes (ERP, CRM) to design seamless integrations with Anaplan
• Translate complex EPM functionalities and AI-driven insights into tangible business value and ROI
• Develop planning function-specific solutions, demos, messaging, and tailored Proof of Concept models

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Software, System Integration, or IT departments (industry, consulting, or presales)
• Prior experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) space is required
• Experience using planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, OneStream, or TM1
• Educational background in MBA, PG Diploma, B.Eng, BSc, BCom, BA, CA, or equivalent
• Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of specific presales or consulting experience
• Deep industry expertise, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to shape a shared vision for solutions
• Growth mentality and comfort challenging traditional processes
