Principal Solution Architect, Professional Services - Finance

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define planning strategies and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.
• Architect scalable, flexible, and high-performing Anaplan solutions aligned to customer vision and goals.
• Translate intricate business challenges into actionable roadmaps, balancing technical precision with commercial understanding.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers on best practices, governance, and long-term planning maturity.
• Support sales and product life cycles by contributing to pre-sales solutioning, client workshops, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution adoption and value realization.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or enterprise planning solutions (e.g., Anaplan, SAP BPC, TM1, Jedox).
• Strong consulting background with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in one or more domains: Finance or Workforce Planning.
• Demonstrated experience leading sales pursuits, including scoping, estimating, and developing Statements of Work (SOW).
• Exceptional analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex business challenges and craft innovative, pragmatic solutions.
