Principal Solution Architect - AWS

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for customer proposals and RFP responses
• Create detailed effort estimates and Scopes of Work (SOWs)
• Build customer-facing demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) showcasing AWS contact center capabilities
• Create reusable demo environments, technical accelerators, and reference architectures
• Produce technical documentation, solution guides, and go-to-market collateral
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, S3, and Amazon DynamoDB
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation or CDK
• Familiarity with contact center platforms like Genesys Cloud CX, Avaya, Cisco, or Five9
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or specialty certifications)
• Experience with CTI integrations such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience building enterprise-level demos and proof-of-concepts
• Knowledge of AI/ML services such as Bedrock, Transcribe, and Comprehend
