Principal Solution Architect - AWS

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements for the SandcastleCX Practice
• Gather business and technical requirements to design end-to-end Amazon Connect and AWS solutions
• Build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POCs) and complex customer use cases
• Design technical architecture, integration strategies, and cloud-based customer experience solutions
• Conduct customer enablement sessions, workshops, and platform demonstrations
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Stay current with emerging AWS, AI, and Contact Center technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or contact center consulting
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale contact center solutions
• Ability to travel up to 30% for customer and partner engagements
• Strong ability to present technical solutions to executive and technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Professional Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Specialty)
• Experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock, Lex, Transcribe, and Comprehend
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Experience integrating contact center solutions with CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow
