Principal Software Engineer - D365

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy in collaboration with architects, business analysts, and product teams.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals/product roadmaps.
• Oversee the full software development life cycle, including large-scale upgrades and migrations.
• Design data exchange interfaces and manage extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence while adhering to software engineering and DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft development stack, specifically .NET, C#, and X++.
• Extensive experience with Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience designing data exchange interfaces and integrating software into complex frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Unified Pricing Management, Inventory Visibility Service, and Commerce Scale Unit.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Dual-Write and Microsoft Fabric.
• Working knowledge of Azure microservices, integration development, and Azure tenant/environment management.
• Strong background in data and solution architecture.
