Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams to understand product requirements
• Evaluate new services, frameworks, and tools for reliability, scalability, and cost
• Advocate for forward-thinking architecture and scalable patterns across engineering teams
• Write technical architecture designs, contribute code, and review merge requests
• Develop technical assessments for hiring and mentor engineers to support career growth

Requirements

• Ability to act as a mentor for junior engineers through design guidance and code reviews
• Passion for leading by example and fostering high-quality software engineering practices
• Experience evaluating a wide range of tools and technologies for scalability and operational costs
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams
