Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and interaction design for AI-driven product experiences
• Define and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX patterns
• Collaborate with designers and user research specialists to translate findings into actionable design decisions
• Develop pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly, and accessible implementations alongside frontend engineers
• Establish UX standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
• Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of design thinking
• Design and deliver complex workflows including AI chat interactions, dashboards, and data visualization

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in software engineering or product design
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Expert proficiency in Figma or similar design technology
• Proven experience in Web/SaaS product design and complex enterprise workflows
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and hands-on implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of front-end constraints including HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Ability to synthesize product requirements into clear design direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI-powered interfaces
• Background in B2B enterprise SaaS or HRTech
• Experience using UX metrics to measure and justify design decisions
