Principal Signal Processing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand unique requirements and national security needs
• Design and apply cutting-edge signal processing and machine learning techniques for radar and RF sensing
• Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary research teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and optimize prototype systems
• Drive business development initiatives and support proposal writing efforts

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• PhD, MS, or BS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience on EW or Radar programs
• 2+ years experience in RF/radar signal processing, waveform design, electronic warfare, or machine learning
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++
• Experience translating system capabilities into subsystem requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
• Experience with cognitive EW, electronic attack, electronic protection, and advanced ESM techniques
• Machine learning expertise in NLP, image recognition, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency with PyTorch, Ray, TensorFlow, or MLflow
• Demonstrated leadership of complex research and development efforts
