Principal/Senior Consultant - Data & Digital Transformation Consulting

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of complex digital and data initiatives for the Gold Coast client portfolio
• Plan, govern, and execute data, digital, and system-enabled initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope
• Translate digital strategy into pragmatic, executable delivery plans that provide measurable business value
• Streamline end-to-end processes and enhance information management through digital tools
• Develop data analytics, dashboard reporting, and data warehousing solutions to improve portfolio and project performance
• Build dashboards covering schedule, cost, risk, safety, and commercial metrics
• Strengthen data management frameworks and increase data capability across client organisations

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or Maths
• 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business analysis, or data and digital transformation
• Strong experience in dashboard design, data analytics, and creative reporting
• Proven experience in digital transformation programs and system implementations
• Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, and capital project management activities
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau (Intermediate level)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, PowerApps, or Power Automate
• Strong stakeholder management and verbal communication skills
