About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end architecture, engineering, and lifecycle of the Lenel OnGuard platform globally
  • Lead L4/L5 escalations and resolve complex, high-impact system issues as the ultimate technical authority
  • Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Define and enforce security, compliance (SOX), and operational standards
  • Architect integrations and data flows across enterprise systems
  • Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
  • Lead vendor strategy, licensing, and support agreements
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global support capability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading technical programs in security, infrastructure, or enterprise IT
  • 5+ years of deep expertise in Lenel OnGuard (Enterprise-level, certification required)
  • Proven experience owning large-scale, global security platforms
  • Strong background in system architecture, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of networking, server management, and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS)
  • Experience handling critical escalations in complex, mission-critical enterprise environments
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in cross-functional teams
