Principal Scientist, Clinical Biomarker, Immunology & Immuno-Oncology (Hematology)

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze results from clinical studies to investigate mechanisms of action for novel IO targets in hematological indications
• Bridge discovery and clinical development by utilizing primary human samples and clinical datasets to validate targets
• Oversee the generation and interpretation of high-dimensional molecular and cellular data
• Leverage advanced single-cell technologies to profile immune cell compartments and inform biomarker hypotheses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advance understanding of MOA and fundamental immunology

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, Cellular Biology, or a related discipline
• 5-8+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience in biotech or pharma
• Deep biological understanding of hematological malignancies and the tumor immune microenvironment
• Experience extracting biological insights from multi-dimensional data
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cell therapy
• Deep understanding of T cell biology
