Principal Sample Preparation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise sample preparation operations to meet defined operational KPIs.
• Ensure all shifts comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards and practices.
• Guarantee the team receives adequate training to perform their duties effectively.
• Oversee the correct and timely recording of work orders and information in the system.
• Organize and supervise work across different shifts to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Systems.
• Manage inventory and services to ensure continuous operational performance.
• Ensure the execution of the annual equipment maintenance program.
• Foster a productive work environment and cultivate constructive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience supervising operational teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Availability to relocate to Goiânia.
• Availability for national travel.
