About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the EMEA sales organization
- Develop local strategy for driving adoption of global enablement programs, including sales methodology and product launches
- Conduct in-depth needs and gap analyses through enablement councils, surveys, and data collection
- Coach and support front-line managers and AEs in skills coaching and territory management
- Deliver sessions focused on discovery, demo, negotiation, and deal execution
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to deliver content for AEs
- Measure and report on enablement success metrics and draw insights from data
Requirements
- Experience in Sales or GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company
- Experience working as an EMEA representative within a global organization
- Direct experience in a B2B SaaS customer-facing role, preferably Mid-Market or Enterprise
- Deep understanding of sales dynamics and methodologies like MEDDPICC or BANT
- Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language skills such as French or German
