About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close net-new opportunities across SLED and targeted Commercial accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners like HPE, Arista, and Zscaler
- Lead client conversations focused on network transformation, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust
- Navigate SLED procurement environments and leverage cooperative contracts
- Own the full lifecycle of client relationships from initial engagement through expansion
- Contribute to the development of repeatable sales plays integrating consulting and OEM opportunities
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in technology sales
- Experience in consulting/services and OEM or VAR/channel-based selling
- Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Existing relationships within HPE, Arista Networks, or Zscaler ecosystems
- Proven ability to break into new accounts and build a book of business
- Deep understanding of SLED procurement and public sector sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling through OEM channel programs
- Background in infrastructure modernization, networking, or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with contract vehicles such as TIPS, OMNIA, or Sourcewell
- Experience converting OEM pipeline deals into services-led engagements
