About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM recruiting strategy across the Americas, translating business priorities into talent plans and sourcing strategies.
- Partner with senior GTM and People leaders as a trusted talent advisor using market insight and data.
- Own senior, specialized, and business-critical searches in highly competitive talent markets.
- Build long-term, diverse talent pipelines across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Design creative sourcing strategies including community engagement, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, improve funnel conversion, and strengthen pipeline quality.
- Mentor recruiting teammates and share best practices to raise the quality of hiring across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep expertise in GTM talent.
- Proven success owning senior or specialized searches in high-growth or complex environments.
- Strong talent advisory skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Deep sourcing expertise and experience building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Strong data fluency to diagnose funnel challenges and communicate trade-offs.
- A builder mindset with experience improving recruiting practices and processes.
