Principal Quantum Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a process integration team supporting quantum materials and device development
• Define and own the end-to-end integration strategy across materials growth, device fabrication, and electrical characterization
• Lead coordination across materials, fabrication, measurement, and device design teams to optimize process stacks
• Oversee large-scale experimental campaigns using DOE frameworks and statistical analysis to improve qubit performance
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to accelerate process optimization and data analysis
• Communicate program progress, risks, and technical tradeoffs to leadership

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physics, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of industry or R&D experience (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Expertise in quantum materials development or mesoscopic device fabrication
• Experience with semiconductor process integration and complex device stacks
• Ability to work in an "AI-first" environment using modern tools to accelerate hardware development

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physics, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of R&D leadership
• Deep expertise in low-temperature electrical characterization and feedback loops
• Experience with quantum device platforms such as topological, semiconductor, or superconducting systems
• Familiarity with yield engineering, variability reduction, and scaling challenges
• Proven record of technical innovation through publications or patents
