Principal Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead post-contract administration for infrastructure projects using NEC ECC main Option C or D
• Perform cost estimation to facilitate the proper administration of target cost contracts
• Provide professional contractual advice and solutions on subcontracting and tendering strategies
• Evaluate and assess compensation events for target cost contract administration
• Monitor and report on financial performance for target cost contracts
• Recommend and implement innovative collaborative procurement approaches
• Conduct contract performance reviews and financial audits to enhance administration efficiency
• Support the delivery of training and collaborative workshops for clients

Requirements

• Professional qualification in quantity surveying (e.g., MHKIS or MRICS)
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in administering and advising on contracts
• Proven experience with NEC ECC target cost options
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
