About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise, multi-product implementations across state and local government clients
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures including charter frameworks, RACI matrices, and escalation paths
  • Serve as the primary program-level point of accountability for client executives and department heads

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive program and project management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record managing multi-product, multi-stakeholder programs in matrix environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level documentation and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certification
  • Prosci or CCMP Change Management certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
