About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise, multi-product implementations across state and local government clients
- Establish and maintain program governance structures including charter frameworks, RACI matrices, and escalation paths
- Serve as the primary program-level point of accountability for client executives and department heads
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive program and project management experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record managing multi-product, multi-stakeholder programs in matrix environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level documentation and presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certification
- Prosci or CCMP Change Management certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
