Principal Project Implementation Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments alongside internal teams and external partners, establishing robust governance and precise scoping.
• Serve as the primary strategic anchor and point of contact for delivery, building alignment with stakeholders from operational leads to C-suite executives.
• Navigate complex, multi-faceted enterprise programs while balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines, and organizational change management.
• Utilize negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, maintain project momentum, and unite diverse teams.
• Provide clear, actionable reporting on project status and portfolio health to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrable history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects that have drifted off track.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills to manage high-stakes enterprise programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain expertise in Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Workforce Planning.
