Responsibilities

• Help implement the Responsible Technology & AI strategy across priority domains like frontier AI and advanced energy
• Originate and maintain relationships across AI labs, venture capital firms, and civil society
• Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems by convening diverse groups including founders, researchers, and policymakers
• Develop internal memos and external thought pieces on technology trends and organizational points of view
• Execute transactions, investments, and grants including running diligence and structuring deals

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, venture capital, technology journalism, or startup strategy
• Genuine fluency in technology and AI, including ability to understand technical papers and model architectures
• Ability to engage across diverse intellectual communities from technical safety to traditional philanthropy
• Strong bias toward originating opportunities and building new relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current U.S. work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage venture capital with a focus on technical deals
• Background in product management at an AI or frontier technology company
• Experience in technology journalism or high-level strategy roles
