Principal Programmer/Analyst 2

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications for operations and enterprise workflows.
• Implement robust integrations between ERP systems, MES, and other manufacturing systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for custom application development and Foundry-related solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in production environments.
• Optimize existing applications for performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and database optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MES systems integration.
• Expertise in API development, RESTful services, and middleware integration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).
• Experience within the semiconductor industry or familiarity with Foundry operations.
