Principal Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy custom applications for operations and enterprise workflows
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Prepare functional and technical documentation for custom applications
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for custom applications
• Optimize existing applications for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in application development and systems analysis
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MES systems integration
• Understanding of API development, RESTful services, and middleware integration
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with containerization technologies
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
