Principal Programmer/Analyst 2

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for the Enterprise Architect team, analyzing requirements and designing technical solutions.
• Administer, configure, and support a suite of enterprise tools including Atlassian Suite, SailPoint, and various version control systems.
• Lead integration efforts across tools using APIs and middleware platforms to enable seamless workflows.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline processes and improve tool usage.
• Maintain technical documentation, including functional and system design specifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in programming and analysis, with the ability to lead projects independently.
• 4+ years of experience in API development with deep knowledge of protocols and gateways.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools, specifically Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Proven experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent understanding of integration design principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with tools like KNIME, Jama, or Fisheye/Crucible.
• Experience with enterprise identity management and security compliance.
