Principal Programme Manager

About the Company

Radiant is a wholly-owned Brookfield company building hyperscale AI infrastructure. They are vertically integrated, owning the land, power, compute, and software to design, build, and operate AI factories at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the master programme, linking data centre, hardware, software, and platform strands
• Manage end-to-end delivery from order through to acceptance and handover to operations
• Provide regular reporting via weekly delivery reports and live RAID logs
• Act as the primary interface to customers regarding delivery updates
• Coordinate partners including OEMs, data centre operators, and connectivity providers
• Define and scale the PMO standards, templates, tooling, and cadence

Requirements

• Proven track record running large-scale infrastructure or data centre delivery programmes
• Experience managing integrated programmes involving construction, hardware, and software
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and residual schedule risks
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Experience building or growing a PMO function

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to HPC, GPU clusters, or liquid-cooled high-density deployments
• Experience with GPU reference architectures, OEM delivery, or co-location fit-outs
• Familiarity with Jira
• Relevant certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or PMP
