Principal Programme Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic programmes aligned to business growth
• Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Manage dependencies across various teams, markets, and workstreams to ensure on-time delivery
• Establish scalable programme structures, governance, and reporting to improve PMO maturity
• Identify and mitigate operational, technical, and compliance risks within a regulated environment
• Act as the central point of coordination for senior stakeholders, providing data-driven updates

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in programme or complex project delivery
• Proven experience within the Fintech, payments, or financial services sectors
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex organizational structures
• Working knowledge of payments ecosystems, APIs, and integrations
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira or Smartsheets
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable, structured plans
