Principal Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for customer leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, business units, and delivery teams to ensure on-time execution
• Work closely with customer business teams to ensure solutions drive measurable business outcomes and value realization
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delays
• Monitor team capacity, bandwidth, and resource utilization across workstreams
• Partner with Support and Product teams to track bugs, enhancements, and critical product issues
• Establish internal governance frameworks, including program cadence, reporting, and Quality Assurance mechanisms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in program or project management
• Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and complex implementations
• Strong understanding of SaaS and CCaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cisco, Genesys)
• Experience in digital transformation, customer experience, or contact center domains
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
