Principal Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale projects and programs, driving new service opportunities for customers and internal stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and Executive Sponsors to craft vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Lead large data migrations, code conversion efforts, and fixed-fee scoped projects
• Own project governance, including budget and revenue reconciliation
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and manage the full project life cycle
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products
• Support sales pursuits by scoping projects, estimating work, and creating delivery proposals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role managing complex technical implementations or migrations
• Recent experience delivering multi-million dollar data-related or cloud-based programs for Fortune 500 customers
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to C-Suite or Executive Sponsors
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud fields
• Exceptional executive communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts across design, engineering, and business development teams
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and modern AI technology implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or advisory technical roles such as Solution Architect, System Administrator, or Technical Account Manager
