Principal Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, drive, and maintain overall program plans, including regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Define milestones, track progress, and build mitigation options for identified risks and issues
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple global locations to ensure successful program delivery
• Synthesize and communicate goals to ensure alignment on approach and successful output
• Manage program budgets and highlight variances against the plan
• Organize regular team meetings and create data-driven updates for executive leadership
• Suggest and deliver process improvements in conjunction with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplined global programs within the semiconductor or high-tech sector
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including technical milestones and commercial gate reviews
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across diverse geographies and time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk assessment and execute on tight timelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with executive leadership
