Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for major AdTech initiatives, including ad serving systems and agentic backend workflows
• Partner with engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and drive on-time delivery
• Collaborate with frontend, Product, and Business Development to align on requirements
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers across Engineering, Product, and Design
• Establish program artifacts including roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
• Drive launch readiness and post-launch activities, including go-to-market coordination
• Facilitate prioritization decisions and trade-off discussions between technical constraints and business needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management
• Proven track record delivering complex software products at scale
• Experience in advertising technology (ad serving, programmatic, or AI-driven ad platforms) preferred
• Ability to manage technical programs involving distributed systems and AI/ML components
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and AI concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a high-ambiguity startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with GenAI/LLM-powered products or agentic systems
• Background in adtech ecosystems (OpenRTB, header bidding, SSP/DSP integrations)
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Linear
• Experience in resource-constrained startup environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures
