Principal Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with execs and senior leadership to define programs of work that enable Fin to hit its highest priority company objectives
• Take a holistic view across programs, connecting the dots back to company strategy and surfacing gaps, misalignment, or opportunities to streamline
• Drive ambiguous, high-stakes problems to clarity by defining structure, roles, and decision-making frameworks
• Drive cross-functional decision-making by identifying stakeholders and surfacing recommendations
• Proactively identify program risks and drive action to course-correct
• Set and raise the bar for program management by creating new frameworks and challenging existing processes
• Hold people accountable at every level, from workstream drivers to exec sponsors
• Mentor and develop teammates to improve team velocity and quality
• Evangelize program management practices across the company

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management
• Track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced AI/SaaS B2B environment
• Proven experience working directly with and influencing senior-level leadership
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple high-profile programs simultaneously
• Strategic thinker able to connect execution to company strategy and financial plans
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and improving program management practices or frameworks
• Excellent communicator capable of adapting style for both executive and technical audiences
• Experience mentoring or developing others
