About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for large-scale, externally reported programs.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, including CPI, SPI, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Develop and review quarterly EACs and facilitate financial planning activities such as RPLAN updates.
- Serve as the primary financial point of contact for Program Management, providing guidance to Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and project schedulers to ensure data integrity and cost/schedule integration.
- Prepare and deliver Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR) and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
- Perform risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and deliver financial presentations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with an Advanced Degree).
- Deep knowledge of Government EVM reporting and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, or PRISM.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP EV, MPM, PMX, PRISM MRP, and AO.
- Strong critical-thinking, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings to customers and executive administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
