About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery, including stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and AI use-case mapping.
- Serve as a senior thought partner to executive and technical stakeholders to align on product direction.
- Define AI-enabled product strategies, including agentic experiences, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable product ownership, supporting sprint planning and backlog decisions.
- Support pre-sales and account growth by participating in early client conversations and contributing to proposals/SOWs.
- Build and evolve Able's product strategy discipline by establishing AI-enabled workflows and operating standards.
- Coach and provide functional leadership to the internal product management and design teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, design strategy, or consulting.
- 2+ years of experience in leadership roles, such as direct management or practice-building.
- Hands-on experience designing, validating, or shipping AI-enabled products, agents, or automated workflows.
- Strong consulting acumen with experience facilitating workshops and managing senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to support pre-sales activities, including estimating work and framing engagement approaches.
- Proficiency in using AI applications to enhance product work, such as research, synthesis, and prototyping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating briefs, roadmaps, and executive decks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup, consulting agency, or venture studio environment.
- Ability to engage in technical conversations regarding AI architecture, data, and governance.
