About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global positioning and messaging architecture for Sprinklr Service, articulating a differentiated "Platform + AI" narrative
  • Lead global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all product introductions, from 0-to-1 launches to incremental feature releases
  • Develop core value propositions, messaging pillars, and competitive differentiation strategies for the entire Service portfolio
  • Design programmatic sales plays, including land and expand motions, in collaboration with Sales Leadership
  • Own corporate-level competitive positioning and partner with Competitive Intelligence to sharpen market standing
  • Build Sprinklr's authoritative voice in the CCaaS market through high-impact thought leadership, industry research, and analyst briefings
  • Develop foundational collateral including battle cards, sales decks, demo scripts, and ROI models
  • Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap priorities and product narratives

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
  • Deep expertise in the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), Contact Center, or Customer Service technology space
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling positioning frameworks for complex B2B SaaS products
  • Demonstrated success leading GTM strategies for enterprise-level solutions
  • Strong storytelling and executive communication skills with the ability to engage CX leaders and industry analysts
  • Deep understanding of AI and its impact on the customer service landscape
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to strategic decision-making
