Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing efforts to support commercial teams in landing 7-figure deals
- Define Parloa’s market narrative, evolve the ICP, and architect value frameworks and ROI narratives
- Develop compelling content to support sales initiatives and joint marketing with partners
- Drive ecosystem go-to-market strategies and empower sales & partnership teams with sophisticated use cases
- Amplify thought leadership on AI agents through webinars, events, and content creation
- Lead strategic high-stakes cross-functional projects to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Product Marketing roles, or 10 years in related roles like sales enablement or B2B direct marketing
- Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales teams with storylines, collateral, and enablement
- Strong public speaking skills for webinars, company events, and training sessions
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on creation of sales collateral
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Global 2000 companies
- Deep understanding of agentic AI or conversational AI landscapes
