Principal Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own field and campaign narratives to shape how Fin wins in the market
• Co-create campaign approaches with Integrated Marketing and Campaigns
• Partner with Sales Enablement to improve product and platform selling
• Identify growth opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and white space analysis
• Build solutions-level messaging and navigate multiple buyer personas
• Run a sustainable competitive intelligence program and operationalize strategy
• Synthesize win/loss data and market signals into strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or competitive intelligence at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven experience owning end-to-end competitive strategy
• Ability to build field and campaign narratives that drive results
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments where product ships rapidly
• Strong editorial judgment and precision in writing
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and sales reps
• Understanding of AI technical differentiation across model, app, and infrastructure layers
• Proficiency with AI tools
