Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy for new products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand narrative
• Define the product matrix, including naming, tiering, and value articulation across the customer journey
• Partner with product, CRM, and growth marketing to drive in-product messaging and lifecycle engagement
• Turn user insights and market trends into actionable product and marketing strategies
• Establish repeatable GTM processes, playbooks, and launch frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, and Customer Service

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading Product Marketing in a B2C environment
• Proven track record of leading 0-1 GTM for consumer products under regulatory requirements
• Experience defining positioning and messaging frameworks for multiple products
• Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution (writing, analyzing, and planning)
• Highly analytical with the ability to use data to shape messaging and measure performance
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complexity for senior stakeholders
• Experience in fintech or financial wellness is a plus
