Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the High Volume servicing area, aligning it with broader business goals.
• Own the holistic servicing experience for High Volume customers, ensuring premium, expert support that scales.
• Strategically deploy AI solutions to increase operational effectiveness and deliver value to customers.
• Improve customer predictability and confidence for those transacting high volumes of capital.
• Collaborate horizontally across Send, Operations, Contacts, Fincrime, and Compliance teams to align servicing strategy with regulatory requirements and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Strategic depth: Proven ability to distill broad, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, actionable strategies.
• Service design sense: A deep obsession with customer touchpoints and the ability to craft multi-touchpoint experiences that remove friction.
• Cross-functional influence: Ability to build trust and influence without formal authority across Operations, Fincrime, and other product teams.
• Strong data skills: Proficiency in using complex data, including SQL, to inform decisions and prove hypotheses.
• Problem-solving mindset: A passion for solving complex servicing challenges as a growth lever rather than just a cost center.
