Principal Product Manager - Technical

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and multi-year strategy for a programmable, self-reconciling B2B payment and settlement system
• Develop product and solution requirements by working backwards from the customer, focusing on agentic AI and global expansion
• Own delivery against high-visibility, company-wide goals within the Amazon Business Payments space
• Partner closely with engineering to develop and scale architecture that supports business objectives
• Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting, and Sales
• Create and present zero-to-one business ideas and provide thought leadership to build scalable fintech products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• 10+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and managing timelines without explicit authority
• Experience working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders
