Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for TV media buying and execution
• Define a compelling roadmap that differentiates the platform through automation and AI-driven capabilities
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Media Buying to translate needs into prioritized requirements
• Drive feature prioritization and trade-offs based on customer impact and business value
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Operations, Marketing, and Leadership
• Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to keep the product ahead of the landscape
• Use data and customer feedback to iterate and optimize performance

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in AdTech
• Deep expertise in streaming and programmatic CTV advertising
• Proven track record of shipping impactful products and building platforms from the ground up
• Strong communication and influencing skills at the executive level
• Highly customer-centric with experience in user research and writing user stories
• Experience partnering with Design on prototyping and UX decisions
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products or data-driven optimization systems
• Familiarity with TV measurement, attribution, or identity challenges
• Linear TV experience
