Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Snowflake’s Zero-Copy Integrations with leading application and data platforms
• Define product architecture and user experience for zero-copy access patterns across Iceberg, Polaris, and external catalogs
• Partner with engineering to define integration primitives including semantic fidelity, lineage, and governance
• Work with design to shape surfaces that make integrations easy to discover, configure, and monitor
• Influence partner roadmaps by engaging with CPOs and Chief Architects at strategic application vendors
• Develop commercial models, packaging options, and pricing calculators
• Engage with lighthouse customers to validate use cases and turn bespoke integrations into repeatable product motions
• Use AI and coding agents to prototype product ideas and accelerate development

Requirements

• 12+ years of core product management experience leading complex enterprise data, platform, or AI products
• Deep understanding of enterprise data integration patterns (ETL, ELT, CDC, data sharing, federation, APIs)
• Familiarity with open table formats and modern lakehouse architecture (Apache Iceberg, Polaris)
• Strong technical depth to discuss architecture tradeoffs with engineering and partner architects
• Strong business acumen including pricing, packaging, and commercial model design
• Experience building products requiring cross-company coordination
• Hands-on use of AI tools and coding agents for prototyping and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Workday Data Cloud
• Experience with data catalogs, governance, lineage, or semantic layers
• Experience with AI and agentic systems
• Experience with partner-led or ecosystem-led product motions
• MBA or degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
