Principal Product Manager, Security

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end vision and roadmap for Cyber Resilience and DSPM features.
• Lead product discovery to deeply understand customer problems regarding data risk and recovery.
• Work closely with Engineering and AI Research teams to prioritize backlogs and clarify technical scope for cloud-native integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, facilitating feedback loops with customers and presenting roadmaps to leadership.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for enterprise buyers.
• Track product success through adoption metrics, recovery time objectives (RTO), and AI-driven classification effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, specifically with Enterprise B2B SaaS and platform products.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or Data Protection (Cyber Resilience, Backup/Recovery, or DSPM).
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including understanding of cloud storage architectures and IAM.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML capabilities for data classification or anomaly detection.
• Proven ability to present technical roadmaps and strategy to both internal teams and external customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience in Security and SaaS environments.
• Experience navigating massive-scale cloud environments (S3, DynamoDB, Apache Iceberg).
