Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategy, and business requirements documentation
• Manage product profit and loss (P&L), investment decisions, and roadmaps
• Translate market needs and customer input into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act as the subject-matter expert within scrum teams to guide development
• Monitor the competitive landscape and conduct customer focus groups or conferences
• Support sales engineering and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery
• Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot maintenance issues to ensure product health

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience working with airline technology
• 1+ years of experience working on AI-related projects
• 4+ years of experience in market-facing roles, including presenting to large audiences
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a highly collaborative, geographically distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of emerging trends in travel retailing and e-commerce, such as AI/ML and dynamic offers
• Experience with software development processes involving Java, C++, or SQL
