Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap priorities to drive diner engagement and integrate strategic partners into the consumer marketplace.
• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, and Finance to evaluate and capture high-value enterprise partnership opportunities.
• Own end-to-end product development, using customer insights and data to prioritize investments and optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external partners to drive alignment on shared objectives.
• Establish robust success metrics and lead hypothesis-driven experimentation to optimize conversion and user retention.
• Communicate complex roadmaps and performance metrics to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on B2C products.
• Proven experience negotiating with partners and evaluating strategic partnership trade-offs.
• Experience developing complex product strategies in collaboration with Business Development, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Expertise in managing marketplace product dynamics across scaled web and mobile ecosystems.
• Strong technical aptitude for handling API-driven integrations and complex ecosystem trade-offs.
• Experience defining product data success metrics and executing multi-platform user experimentation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
