Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of world-class AI experiences and platforms to ensure consumer safety and sustainable business growth.
• Own a specific product area, including understanding user behaviors, defining requirements, and managing end-to-end development and launches.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable strategies, user experiences, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI Research, and Product Marketing.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), oversee experiments, and use data and research to measure product success.
• Mentor senior Product Managers and foster a culture of product excellence and user-first thinking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in product management or software development (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience leading the development of products built on AI/ML systems from the ground up.
• Demonstrated track record of driving multi-year strategic initiatives within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience aligning with senior engineering stakeholders in high-stakes, fast-moving product spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (design, product-market fit, and launch).
• 6+ years of experience improving product metrics such as customer base growth, usage expansion, or churn reduction.
• 6+ years of experience disrupting markets or successfully competing against established products.
• Expertise in Trust, Safety, Integrity, or Fraud Prevention, specifically building platform-level moderation or abuse-prevention solutions.
