Principal Product Manager, Loyalty & Referrals

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for the global loyalty program
• Ship key milestones that balance near-term business needs with long-term strategic bets
• Build a metric framework connecting customer behavior to program performance and commercial outcomes
• Partner with marketing and CRM teams on program communications, reward economics, and commercial strategy
• Manage external vendor relationships and evaluate build vs. buy decisions
• Engage with C-level and senior leadership to communicate program direction and results
• Collaborate with the referrals and virality team to maximize cross-domain opportunities

Requirements

• Significant experience as a product lead at a large-scale B2C company
• Strong UX instincts and a deep understanding of customer behavior and emotional drivers
• A data-driven, commercial mindset with the ability to balance program generosity against business liability
• Executive presence and comfort presenting strategic tradeoffs to C-level stakeholders
• Proven experience collaborating closely with marketing and CRM counterparts
• A proactive driver of AI utilization in both customer products and internal workflows

• Experience working with loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs
