Principal Product Manager

About the Company

Liberate builds AI agents to automate manual tasks for the $2.7T insurance industry. We started with voice and are now expanding into full workflow automation across sales, servicing, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-range product vision and roadmap for a significant platform pillar of our AI agent offering
• Partner with strategic enterprise customers to understand needs and secure product/market fit
• Translate high-level strategy into clear product requirements and success metrics
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for agent performance, ROI, and compliance
• Serve as a product champion, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Mentor and coach other product managers to build a high-performing organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Minimum 5 years as a PM in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or deeply technical domains
• Proven track record of shipping complex, enterprise-grade, AI-driven products
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, data models, and system architecture
• Ability to think strategically and influence senior leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, contact center systems, or enterprise integrations
• Experience with Voice AI
• Prior involvement in a high-growth startup
• Familiarity with regulated industries like insurance, healthcare, or finance
• Master’s degree in a technical domain
