About the Company

Liberate builds AI agents to automate manual tasks for the $2.7T insurance industry. Starting with voice, they are expanding into full workflow automation across sales, servicing, and claims to build reasoning agents for insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Define long-range product vision and roadmap for significant platform pillars
• Partner with strategic enterprise customers to influence product direction and secure market fit
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements and success metrics
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for agent performance, ROI, and compliance
• Serve as a product champion and mentor to other product managers

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years as a PM in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or technical domains
• Proven track record of shipping complex, enterprise-grade, AI-driven products
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, data models, and system architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, contact center systems, or enterprise integrations
• Experience with Voice AI
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Familiarity with regulated industries like insurance, healthcare, or finance
• Master’s degree in a technical domain
