Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives
• Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights
• Own complex product initiatives spanning multiple teams, business units, and technology platforms
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
• Lead roadmap planning and investment decisions based on business value and technical feasibility
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success
• Influence executive decision-making through thoughtful product recommendations
• Mentor and provide guidance to Product Managers across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology
• Product Management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent)
